Terms of Service
By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ELEVATE is a continuous-intelligence platform operated by Elevate Platform. It collects content from configured sources, runs AI-driven analysis, and helps you produce intelligence work products. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
2. Trial access
Trials are provided free of charge for an evaluation period (typically 21 days), are granted at our discretion, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time. Trial accounts are for evaluation; we may impose usage limits to protect the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants' data;
- resell or redistribute the service or its output except under a commercial-use arrangement agreed with us;
- upload unlawful content or use the platform to produce or disseminate harmful, deceptive, or illegal material.
4. Your content and our IP
You retain ownership of the content you provide and the work products you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (storing and processing your content to produce results). The platform itself — its software, models configuration, pipelines, design, and Solution Packages — remains our intellectual property.
5. AI-generated output — no warranty of accuracy
ELEVATE uses automated and AI-driven analysis. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision. Intelligence and analysis are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for validating output before acting on it. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, a data processing agreement is available on request.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time; on closure we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and our commercial model evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
